Elite Efficiency with Advanced Spray Foam Protection

Spray foam insulation is one of the most effective ways to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and air quality in your home or building. At Elite Insulate, we specialize in both closed-cell and open-cell spray foam insulation, expertly applied to seal air leaks and insulate hard-to-reach spaces like attics, walls, basements, and crawl spaces. Spray foam expands to fill every crack and gap, creating an airtight, moisture-resistant barrier that helps lower utility bills and reduce drafts year-round. Whether you're building new or upgrading an existing structure, our professional spray foam installation delivers long-lasting performance, enhanced indoor comfort, and maximum energy savings.

Spray Foam

What.

Spray foam insulation is a cutting-edge material designed to insulate and seal in one seamless step. Applied as a liquid, it expands rapidly to fill every corner and cavity, forming a solid layer that bonds tightly to surfaces. Its unique composition helps regulate indoor temperature, blocks moisture, and reinforces the structure it’s applied to.

There are two main types: open-cell, which is softer and ideal for sound control, and closed-cell, which is more rigid and moisture-resistant — often chosen for maximum thermal performance. Spray foam adapts to any shape, making it ideal for modern builds or areas where other materials fall short. It’s not just insulation — it’s a full building envelope solution designed for long-term performance and comfort.

Why.

Spray foam insulation offers unmatched performance when it comes to energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term value. Its ability to create a continuous air seal helps reduce heating and cooling costs, minimize drafts, and keep indoor temperatures consistent year-round. Unlike traditional materials, it doesn’t sag or settle over time — ensuring lasting protection and reliability.

In addition to energy savings, spray foam adds noticeable quiet and improves indoor air quality by reducing pollen, dust, and moisture intrusion. It’s a smart investment for homeowners and builders who want lasting performance, modern efficiency, and a higher standard of comfort from the inside out.

About.

Spray foam insulation is a high-efficiency material that expands on contact to seal gaps and insulate even the most difficult areas. It offers excellent thermal resistance and moisture control in a single application. Open-cell spray foam is softer and ideal for sound absorption and interior use, providing an R-value of approximately 3.6 to 3.8 per inch. Closed-cell spray foam is denser, adds structural strength, and delivers a higher R-value of about 7 per inch, making it ideal for areas needing extra durability and moisture resistance.

Because spray foam creates an airtight seal, it won’t settle or degrade over time. It’s commonly used in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and wall cavities to help improve energy efficiency, reduce drafts, and increase long-term comfort throughout the home.
